These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MLM Demo platform operated by MLM Demo Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

2. Your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
Misrepresent your identity or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or commissions.
Interfere with the operation of the platform, including by uploading malicious code, scraping at scale, or attempting to bypass security controls.
Harass, threaten, or defame other users.

4. Orders, payments, and refunds

Product prices, taxes, shipping fees, and delivery times are shown at checkout. Once an order is placed, it is processed according to our fulfillment workflow. Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled in line with our published policy and applicable consumer protection law.

5. Earnings, wallets, and withdrawals

Earnings credited to your wallet reflect approved transactions on the platform and are subject to review, holding periods, capping rules, and any other terms set out in your member agreement. Withdrawals are processed manually by an administrator and may be delayed or denied where required to comply with anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering checks.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, content, and branding are owned by MLM Demo Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Content you upload remains yours; by uploading you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, outstanding obligations (including any balances owed in either direction) survive.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLM Demo Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after changes go live constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MLM Demo Pvt Ltd is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
